P/E Rally

The clues for the rally route were cryptic clues based on the names of the streets.Participants were required to leave the clubhouse at a fixed time, follow the route according to the clues supplied and return to the clubhouse after the lapse of a certain time since starting.There were 21 cars which competed, the winner being Valine Nel who had never rallied before.The cost of the rally was R5,00 per car and the first eight winners each received a small prize.The evening ended with boerewors rolls supplied by the Club.A very enjoyable event for all participants.Ernest Littleford
